Pressent Meeting - change if machine is inaktiv

Hi, when I Schedule at meeting in Outlook, the lync desktop client is change its Notification Ikon to Busy and that it should be, but if my maskinen is inaktiv for xx min, the notification is change to not there - that is also right, but I belive that schedulere meeting from Outlook should win and be higherest proritet - I can set min to 360 but is there a way to give Outlook Meeting higheres proritet
