Lync 2010 Mobility Message Problems between desktop and mobile device. Unreliable

I am getting some of the following issues with our lync and mobile communications. Would anyone know of a solution? a patch?

1) Lync messages not showing up at all
I start a new chat with user-1 from phone, writing back and forth a few times (phone to phone). I then lock my phone. User-1 writes more messages, and I come back to my phone 10 minutes later. I see the 2 message notifications on my lock screen, slide the notification and my phone goes into the lync conversation with user-1. The messages user-1 wrote after I locked my screen are missing completely. User-1 receives messages, that the 2 messages were not delivered. (iphone)

2) Lync says “Message not delivered” even though it was
I created a new chat with User-1, who’s status was "Away - Mobile” and sent a message. A few seconds after sending, my chat displays: "User-1 didn’t get this message because of a server issue” followed by the message I sent. User-1 then responds, saying that he received the message fine.

3) Unreliable display/badge when Lync is open and new messages come in
I’m chatting with User-1 in conversation-1 and then create a new chat (conversation-2) with User-2. Phone suddenly vibrates, but doesn’t display anything. I go back where I can see all conversations and notice, that conversation-1 has a new message from User-1. While I am then chatting with User-1, User-2 sends a new message, which brings up a yellow badge within Lync, informing me of the message.

4) Creation of new conversations
I’m chatting with User-1 from my computer to his phone. I then take my phone and create a new conversation with user-1, where Lync is creating a new conversation on his phone when the message arrives (that’s fine). He switches to this new conversation, texts me back, which creates a new conversation window on my phone (which is weird). All following messages arrive in that window.

5) No phone notification, if computer conversation left open
User-1 and user-2 are chatting via Lync on their computers. When user-1 locks their computer and leaves (without closing the conversation window), user-1 won’t receive a notification on their phone, when user-2 writes more messages.

Thanks!

Derek
