We are running Lync 2010 in 6 sites, each site has a Branch Site configured in Lync Topology with an SBA that all local clients register to. (inclunding the Lync Attendant). Periodically the local receptionist at the site will report that the option to send callers directly to voicemail has disappeard from the attendant. Closing and relaunchnig the Attendant doesn't resolve the issue, a reboot of the PC fixes it every time.
We are using Lync Attendant Version 4.0.7577.4398
Has anyone come across a reason why this happens or know of a fix?
