We currently have Lync 2010 with Jan 2014 Updates installed
Our environment has Polycom CX600 with 4420 version on them.
My issue is I have a user here and there that can not log into the phone either via EXT and PIN or tethered even though they are in the client all fine. I see there are logs on the Polycom although they seem to be a mystery to retrieve. Can anyone advise me how to get a log from the phone to see where it is failing OR if there is a use in the Lync Logging tool. I find that tool can be very useful if I knew what all the different parameters meant. So as a added benefit if anyone has compiled a list of useful flags to monitor that would be very beneficial. I have called MS Support and they say turn on logging then FTP to the phone. and well that is a no go...
I am at a loss and support many people in far off lands so going to see them is out of the question.
