I am not able to log into Lync 2010 or 2013.
The error reads:
SIGN-IN DIDN'T WORK
You didn't get signed in. It might be your sign-in address or logon credentials, so try those again. If thatdoesn't work, contact your support team.
I have already cleared my credential cache and flushed my DNS in command prompt. I've dealt with the help desk at work and they have not been able to assist me in this issue.
