Lync client broken after Windows update => request for new setup

I have several users whose Lync client (64bit, running in Win7) is broken without any apparent reason.  I suspect some Windows updates have broken it.

I had to uninstall and reinstall them to "repair" the problem.  But every time they are installed, there're some hotfix/update available to download in Windows Update.

I want to avoid redundant download and therefore I went MSDN subscriber download web page in the hope that I can find the newest setup but there is none!

Actually, all I get there is en_lync_2010_x64_598497.exe which corresponds to Lync 2010 version 4.0.7577.0.

So, where can I find the newest Lync 2010 client setup?
