Hi,We are using a hosted Lync solution from Startready / Lync4all in our office. Our network consists of a Cisco 3925 cable modem to connect over an UPC WAN (120/60) Mbit to the Startready Lync servers. Behind that is a Cisco ASA 5505 security appliance
(no IPS card) and a Netgear FS728TP switch with flow control enabled. We have great problems with audio conferences. Today one got interupted at about 14 minutes and then after 5 minutes. I tried a Vlan and voice Vlan on the Netgear switch for the notebooks
en desktops that use softphones but that did not help at all, nor did any other optimization at the switch like multicast and IGMP snooping. I can´t control the CISCO ASA 5505 though.Any suggestions are welcome. I don´t trust the ASA 5505. Has anybody any
idea what settings of the Cisco ASA 5505 could interfere with our group of Lync clients (Windows 7 PC´s and notebooks).
