Lync Phone Edition not connecting to Calendar or Call Logs

Hi,

When running on a LYNC IP Phone (CX600) I get Connection to Microsoft Exchange is Unavailable when attempting to connect to the Calendar or Call Logs options.

I have read through as much as I could find regarding this issue and still I am not having any luck. Everything else in our Lync environment seems to work well. I tried the Autodiscover SRV record suggestion, but that too didn't work. I have tested autodiscover by running Test-OutlookWebServices -identity:MYMAILBOX@MYDOMAIN.COM and it comes back successful.

RunspaceId : 8f8d8221-fa83-48fd-8b48-c3ecfaec4aaf
Id         : 1022
Type       : Success
Message    : Autodiscover was tested successfully.

However, it comes back with this error:

The certificate for the URL https://cashub01.MYDOMAIN.CORP/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml is incorrect. For SSL to work, the certificate needs to have a subject of cashub01.MYDOMAIN.CORP, instead the subject found is remotemail.MYDOMAIN.COM. Consider correcting service discovery, or installing a correct SSL certificate.

My LYNC Configuration Information shows EWS information = EWS Status OK

EWS Internal URL = https://autodiscover.mydomain.com/ews/exchange.asmx

EWS External URL = https://autodiscover.mydomain.com/ews/exchange.asmx

UCS Connectivity State = Exchange connection Down

Something tells me it could be certificate related due to that message I posted, but this is where things get a little complex since I did not setup the Exchange environment.

Does anyone have any suggestions or questions they could ask of me that may help us find a resolution?
