Online Meeting broke after Migration

Hi,

i'm facing a problem with Online Meeting on Lync 2013 and hoping you would be able to help me, i'll try to put all possible information in here

My company have Lync topology with one site in Germany with 3 Pools, Legacy 2010 pool consist of 2 Frontend servers and 2 Lync 2013 Pools each consist of 2 Frontends, also one Lync 2013 Edge Pool and One Lync 2013 Director Pool, sip domain let's say @Germany.com everything here works fine.

my company bought a company in the UK, they have Lync 2010 deployed consist of 1 Standard edition server with one director and 1 Edge, the worst deployment I have ever seen wrong DNS records, wrong web publishing on TMG but works for them fine, they have sip domain let's say @Uk.com

Cross forest migration is out of the question because both are big hosting company in Europe, so decision was made to deploy an isolated Network in the UK and deploy servers joined to the German mother company domain, so we deployed Domain controller with DNS, also a file share server and 3 servers to serve as Lync (2 standard Edition Servers with SRV weighted records, one edge)

we shutdown the UK Lync infrastructure last night, and new Lync 2013 frontends were ready, we changed the DNS records internally to point to the new Lync 2013 Frontends, and the External DNS records for access, av and webconf to point to the new Edge public IP addresses, added their SIP domain @uk.com to our Lync 2013 Infrastructure, updated the internal certificate on our servers to include the new sip domain @uk.com, created accounts for them on the German mother company domain, enabled them for Lync using the SIP domain @uk.com.

on the UK TMG, we edited the Publish rule to point to the new Lync 2013 Frontend and opened the required Ports between TMG and Frontends, tested the rule gave all green but with "HTTP response: 403 Forbidden"

Tests:

Lync mobile 2013 works fine

IM between @german.com users and @uk.com users works fine

Lync Calls works fine

Remote access works fine with all functionalities

when @uk.com users tries to create online meeting, and try to join the meeting it gives an error saying 404 - file or directory not found the resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its same changed or is temporarily unavailable"

I checked the laptop machine DNS behavior if inside the network it resolve meet.uk.com to internal lync 2013 FE in the UK, if external it goes to the correct public IP of the TMG.

I think this cover it all, i'm stuck here and hope you can help me
