When Lync is up and you are dock and then you try to undock, the Lync 2013 client goes crazy and hangs and goes into Not Responding. I keep thinking. It seems to be a driver causing this but not sure. I read about Blue Booth could be the blame, but it's disabled. The only work around I have encountered is to minimize the Lync 2013 window and then undock and then i can maximize the Lync window with no issues. The machine is a Lenovo T430 with the thinkpad dock station. I tried another dock station, same effect. I reinstalled Lync and reinstall it. Keep in mind we pushed Lync 2013 to users without the entire office 2013 package. Any ideas? I can't seem to find similar issues online, found one but no resolution. I also made sure that the WIFI connection is set for default as well. But i even unplugged the ethernet cord from dock station and same issue.
