Change the Lync settings so that the body of the conversation does not pop up first?

Hi,

when my colleagues gets an IM, they see "xxx is inviting you to a conversation". In my Lyncthe conversation itself pops up on my screen right away (i.e., if someone sends me "Hi", I will see "Hi", while they will see "xxx is inviting you...".

How can I set the same configuration for me as well?
