Hi all,
We need to use Lync 2010 in a 40 person conference room and accept remote users for conferences.
Proposed requirements are:
- Moderator can enable/disable remote participants mic and video.
- Use several wireless microphone in conference room without interferences.
- Record conference´s audio and video (webcam + desktop/app/pptx).
My fisrt design is:
- Use Lync conference moderator profile in conference room
- Share moderator`s computer desktop/app/pptx with participants
- Use a wireless microphone in moderator`s computer
- Use Lync´s feature to record conference
I am in trouble with several points concerning my design:
- Is there any way to "force" any participant´s mic and video to be disabled based on moderator´s decission ? The first part of work session will be in "hear-only mode" and, in a second part, there will be an interactive activity.
- Is possible to configure Lync´s conference recording feature ? I need to record moderator´s webcam and desktop/app/pptx.
- I need any suggestions (manufacturer, model, technology) concerning wireless microphone (lapel + handhelp). I was looking information concerning this question and i am confused (UHF, VHF, low-interference, ..). Shure seems to be a good provider, but i
have no experience concerning this.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
