How to physically forward a response group elsewhere.

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a solution at all to the following scenario:

We have a response group set up for a 1300 number and during business hours the calls are answered at one site (site A) and after hours the calls are answered at another site (site B).

If site A needs to close the office for some reason, is there any way they can forward the calls coming into 1300 to site B?

Note: Staff at site A and B do not have access to the Lync Response group config. They want a solution that involves something as simple as pressing forward on a phone to another number. (just like you would with a normal pbx system)

I thought that by forwarding a phone that is an agent of the 1300 group it would in turn forward calls coming into that phone from 1300 to where ever I forwarded it to but this doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
