Aastra phone - Lync 2010

Hi guys, 

I have an environment with aastra phone connected to Lync server 2010. My concern is how could I set the phone to have set automatically the time zone without any human intervention afterwards? I read this could be possible only for Polycom phones, but what about aastra?
