Hi. We have a LYNC2013 Enterprise infrastructure on-premises with cloud exchange. When looking at calls tab or missed calls tab some entry's appear as NAME NOT FOUND or Unavailable. Other entry's are showing the number as it should. Known callers or AD
contacts are shown correct with name its only happening intermiddently for numbers not known. Sometimes numbers appear correct in E164 format. When clicking on the entry the number of the caller appears so client does receive the E164 number
but shows this weird caller name. On the Iphone Lync app we do not see the issue, number is shown everytime. Please take a look at screenshot from one of the users.
