I want to create a package to upgrade Lync client 2010 to Lync 2013 . It should uninstall Lync 2010 and Install Lync 2013.
We have Windows 7 PC’s running Lync 2010 client. What I need to do is install the Lync 2013 client and then uninstall the Lync 2010 client. Using the Office Customization Took, I am able to install the Lync 2013 client fine, however the 2010 client isn’t not removed.
Please let me know the procedure to achieve this requirement.
