Hi,
Since we use lync some users experience problems with the audio card. These are all the same audio cards.
Realtek ALC3226 High Definition Audio Driver latest is installed from Dell website. No new drivers are available. USB device do not cause these issue. Its with the jack device we get the problem.
The problem is when recieving a call and you jack in your headset/airplugs in the jack lync starts to freeze. After this we need to delete the audio card from device manager for lync to work correct again.
Is there a known issue or solution for this?
