Hi all,
We have a strange issue going on at our University. We have some staff who have recently got a new PC with a brand new software image of Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit, Office 2013 and Lync 2013. These staff have 2 problems on their new PC's
1. The Conversation History in Outlook is not populating with any new content since they replaced their old PC with this new one.
2. The Phone tab of Lync will not show the Voicemail section in the bottom half of the Window.
We have some staff who had PC's with Office 2010 and Lync 2010 and they uninstalled their old Office 2010 and Lync 2010 then installed Office 2013 and Lync 2013. For these staff the Voicemail section of the Lync 2013 client works and the Conversation History in Outlook 2013 works.
The only difference we can see between the 2 is that those people that upgraded on their existing PC's have the Outlook Add-in "Conversation History Add-in for Microsoft Lync 2010" still installed.
Those that have new PC's have the Outlook Add-in "Conversation History Add-in for Microsoft Office 2013"
Any thoughts or help on what is causing the new PC's not to work but the upgraded ones do?
Thanks,
Greg
