Hello,

I am trying do use Lyc 2013 and I cannot log on "It might bem your sign-in address or logon credentials". I am in a company and my user account (email) is created and approved to use Lyc.

I think it's because my user account (email) in the past was associated to a differente network user.

My Situation:

User account X - Network User A (i always used Lync in the past).

Now I have User account X (the same) - Network User B.

The same user account email, but associated to another network user B.

I cannot sign in Lync with my user account

Can you please help me?
