We are using Microsoft Lync 2013 and some users are complaining that they are receiving multiple missed conversation emails from the same missed conversation. For instance if a user is away at lunch and gets an IM, they will continue to be pestered
by missed conversation emails every 5 minutes or so. The only work around we have found is to have the user sign out of Lync and then back in. That seems to reset whatever is going on. This seems to only happens when a user gets an IM
that goes unattended. At any rate, any help would be appreciated as it seems nobody else has reported this issue.
