Hello,
One of our supported users really wants that when he is in a call on his mobile, his lync status would change to "In a call, no IM"
User has Lync Mobile 2013 installed and user is signed into it on his mobile phone. We are running Lync 2013 server and this option works for some of the users.
Any thoughts what needs to be changed in order for it to work fine?
