In our current environment we have users on office 2010 but the Lync Server & exchange servers are 2013. The problem is that one user is unable to view his conversation history anywhere. The user has more than 1000 folders in his mailbox. In case of exchange 2010 I know there was ewsfindcountlimit parameter to customise throttling policies but I am unable to find similar variable in exchange 2013.
Please assist.
