Quick question hopefully. IM conversations which take place on a user's mobile device (iPhone Lync 2013 client v5.6) do not appear in the user's Outlook 2010 client. Both Lync 2013 and Exchange 2010 are on-premise.
A IM conversation which takes place via the desktop client does show in the Conversations History folder within Outlook.
Is there a way to sync conversations which take place on mobile client with the user's mailbox? I have seen the thread below however this appears to refer to Lync Online : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2806019
