I have a Lync response group up and running for our reception/switchboard staff, who are using the Lync Attendant console. We have noticed when trying to transfer a call to a fully Lync Enterprise Voice / UM< enabled user, that when you search for the individual in the search box, then look at the drop down option under call for list of numbers etc, that the voicemail option is not available. However if I do a search for the same contact in my standard Lync client, I can see the voicemail option under their call list.
One thing I have noticed, is that, if you cancel the search results and enter the conatcts name again, the second time round the voicemail option is available. This is happening under older and the latest attendant console version *.253.
Some contacts the VM option will be present, for many, it is not.
