Conversation history folder suddenly disappeared from user’s outlook and not able to see in OWA also. User’s mailbox is in 2007 server and we have Lync 2010 in our environment. <o:p></o:p>
We've tried:<o:p></o:p>
- run outlook.exe /resetfolders<o:p></o:p>
- run outlook.exe /restore<o:p></o:p>
- Recreated Outlook profile<o:p></o:p>
- Deleted and recreated Lync user account<o:p></o:p>
- Created a new folder manually in Outlook called "Conversation History"
- Configure outlook in different system<o:p></o:p>
- uncheck and checked the Lync option "save my message conversation in conversation history folder in outlook"<o:p></o:p>
When we selecting the conversation history option in Lync then can able to see the few recent conversations and if we click on the “view more in outlook” option it’s redirecting to outlook client and saying “specified folder is not available”. Could anyone please help me on this issue.
