Using office 365 in IE and opening file within office 2010 from there, and have lynx installed?

I have been having issues with lync basic, sharepoit foundation support, office 2010 and accessing files on skydrive pro and sharepoint team site,

Does any know how to remove the sharepoint foundation support out of lync basic 2013 ?
