I think I found a bug with the following setup with Delegates.
Executive has an assistant setup as a delegate and simultaneous ringing the delegate phone. The assistant has a CX600 USB connected to PC and a USB headset connected to the PC. All are running the latest firmware on CX600 and Lync clients. Assistant’s default device is USB headset. All calls directly to the assistant answered via clicking the toast or pressing the USB headset button go to the headset. ONLY when calls come in for the executive (ringing the delegate also), when the assistant/delegate clicks the toast OR presses the USB headset button, the call is answered on the speaker phone of the CX600 and not on the headset. When the active call window pops up, it shows headset for a second but then switches to speakerphone on the CX600. The assistant can manually switch the active call back to headset. Can someone from Support team confirm this and provide a resolution?
