using Lync Attendnat console

I'm pretty new to Lync environment.   I have a receptionist who answer calls and transfer calls using Lync attendant console. She will be on vacation starting next week. I have a temp employee who will do the same thing. The issue is when the temp person logs in with her account, she can't transfer call using Lync attendant console. Any suggestion on this? We have Cisco VoIP system.
