One of the Lync users seem to have lost the buttons "Select Audio Device" and "Call Forwarding" in his Lync Client. The button "Change the audio device for this call" also misses from the conversation window.
I've tried to...
- Uninstall/Reinstall Lync Client
- Upgrade Lync Client to version 4.0.7577.256
- Remove and Re-Enable User in Lync Server.
Problem seem to follow user, rather than PC. This happens to be an user with Administrator rights in AD, and the Remove and Re-Enable operations therefore has to be done by means of PowerShell.
Q1) Have anyone seen a problem like this?
Q2) Does someone have a good explanation, or maybe a solution?
