When I click "Join Online" in the reminder, Lync doesn't launch, but instead Lync Web App launches. However, if I copy a Lync URL and
paste it into Firefox, Lync opens and I can join a group conversation. Pasting the URL only works with Firefox, it does not work with Safari or Chrome. Why?
