I have Lync 2013 and running Windows 10. When I try to sign into Lync I get the - We're having trouble connecting to the server. If this continues please contact your support team error.
My email is hosted by Crazy Domains. I have successfully set up email access in Outlook. In the sign in address I have put my@mydomain.com.au. In the advanced settings I have put the server name provided by Crazy Domains in the external server name box.
Crazy Domains have told me that I should be able to use Lync. Can anyone help me with resolving this issue.
