Lync scroll bar does not stay at bottom (current) of conversation

I am wondering how I can make my lync 2010 session conversation window stay at the bottom, most current entries?

It stops automatic scrolling, even going up a bit. I have to constantly be dragging the scroll bar down, which is painful during an active conversation.

Any ideas? I tried setting smallest text, but that did not help.
