Hello,
Often I access a customer site and I need assistance from my next level of support. The next level of support doesn't always have the rights or mechanism to login to the remote site. So, I get all setup on one of my monitors, login and then share that monitor in lync, giving control to my support team.
However, while they are working on that screen, I cannot type on my PC because only one person can type at a time. If type, it takes control and often we end up typing incorrect things as we share. So I just don't type at all. I can't even type them a message in lync because I do not want to interrupt what they are doing.
Is there a way to confiture lync so a remote user can type on the shared screen, while simultaneously I can still use my other screens?
If not, then this is a useful feature request..
