Since we've updated the Lync client to the latest version, users with no AV have the button 'Video' (no call button).
If they click on this button 'Video' in the IM conversation it dissapears and does nothing, that's because they have the policy NO AV (that's good, but the button not). When the button is gone and the user re-open a IM conversation, the button is back again.
We've checked the policys, registry keys, AV users setting and can't find anything strange.
AV users don't have this problem with this button, if they click on it it works correctly.
I've seen a simmular post on technet but with now answer (solution).

Does anyone know if this is something in the latest Lync client update of something in on environment.
