One of our users can't see his lync historie, the field is simply empty but all conversations are correctly stored in the Outlook Folder.
- There is no Outlook cache Mode in use
- EWS Settings seems correct
- Checked client suggestions at

We are using Lync 2010, Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2010, all up to date
Any additional idea what can be checked to fix this issue?
