Lynchtmlconv.exe creating File Write and File Delete error

Dear all,

We are facing error in our environment related to File Write & File Delete. The target process name islynchtmlconv.exe.  The same has been mentioned below that was given by my Antivirus team.

So, I want to know is this an error? If yes, what should be done in order to rectify this?
