In-call quality messages are not received when Lync Client and SDN APIs are updated

Hi All,

I am trying to get “InCallQuality” messages with latest SDN API.

But somehow after following all the steps I am unable to get the same.

Scenario:

Update client version and SDN API to receive “InCallQuality” messages during the calls.

Environmental details:

Client version - 16.0.4318.1000

SDN API version - 2.4.1

Lync Server version - LyncServer 2013

Schema- D

Below are the steps I have followed:

  1.       Update Lync client version to 16.0.4318.1000
  2.       Update SDN API Version to 2.4.1
  3.       Follow the steps as mentioned in below link in Section “Manually Configuring the Skype for Business Clients for in-call quality reporting”:

After following all the steps mentioned in above link, no in-call quality messages are received.

Any pointers will be helpful. Looking forward for the replies.
