We have one pool in our environment and we have done integration between this pool to Exchange by making all mailbox servers as trusted application in Lync pool. Now, in order to accomodate more users, we need to go for creation of another pool. We need to integrate this new pool with Exchange. Now, when i am going to follow the same method ( adding mail box servers as trusted application ), i get an error "The entries already exist in AD". So any one can help me on
- How can I integrate multiple pools with Exchange?
- If I follow the same method, what will be troubleshooting step to resolve the issue?
- In logs, I found that pool03(Existing pool) is not able to send the traffic to another pool. So how can i make this happen?
We are in process of migration and because of this issue, we are stuck. Your valuable inputs will be appreciated on the same.
