Polycom Phone - OneWay audio on call a remote user who has SIM ring Enabled

Hi,

Having some strange issues which is only related to Polycom phones within our organisation. 

When a Polycom phone calls a user who is ringing remotely and the user has SIM ring enabled (Client\Mobile), the call will connect but the remote user cannot hear the caller when the callee answers through the Lync client.

If the remote user disables SIM ring, then the call connects fine and Audio can be heard both ways.

This only happens when a Polycom phone calls (Model:VVX310), we used to have Audiocodes handsets and they work as does when calling from the Lync client installed on the PC.

Any ideas?  Ran some traces but can't see anything obvious.
