I have a site running a SONUS SBA 2k linked back to my lync 2013 EE. I have some users in this specific SBA pool that when they call forward their phone all is good but when they turn call forward off the phone says it is off sefautil says it is off yet when you call it it is still forwarded. If I move these users to a new pool all is OK but when I move them back the FWD is back on. To me this seems like the local SQL is not updating but I am no SQL expert.
No I have not run the latest updates it is on my list of things to do but we do have other SBA on the same CU without this issue. Thus far the only way to fix this is to delete the account in that SBA and recreate it. Anyone ot there have any ideas where to look ?
