I am troubleshooting an issue with an LG-Nortel IP 8540 where the phone does not ring for 6 seconds when called.
Looking at the logs, I can see the phone receive the invite, send a 100 trying and send a 180 Ringing, but does not actually ring for 6 seconds and then sends a 183 session progress when it does.
I have server logs and client side logging and as this looks like a client side issue, I would like some help in where to look for troubleshooting.
This was not always an issue, but I do not have any idea what changes were introduced. This has been going on for some time now.
Has anyone run into this issue or something similar before?
What do you recommend for troubleshooting?
This was occurring on 4.0.7577.4066, but still occurs on devices updated to 4.0.7577.4494.
