Hi everyone
I have a very peculiar problem with a user. When he create a call via lync he can hear the person that he calls, but they cannot hear him. When he log on to another pc and uses the same headset. there is no problem.
Here is what I tried:
- Looked at every sound setting both in Lync and the computer (everything seems correct). Sound settings in Lync register sound from mic and he can hear the test sounds.
- Uninstalled and installed Lync
- Deleted the WIN profile
- the user have tried 4 different usb ports. in dockingstation and laptop
- tried another headset.
Any ideas where the problem may exist?? it must be something local since the problem doesen't occur on another pc.
