Lync keeps forgetting my Inactive/Away time value

In Lync 2010 in the Tools -> Options -> Status dialog you have two selection boxes for entering the time in minutes before you're shown as Inactive and away> I always click the up arrow until it gets to it's maximum value which is 360 minutes for both values.

This works, and it keeps me always active. This is what I want.

However, every now and then (if I had to put a guess on it I'd say every 3 weeks) I'll come back to my PC after a little over 5 minutes and see I'm set to Inactive or away. After shouting obscenities at Lync, I go into the above dialog box and I see that both values are set back to 5 instead of 360.

Is it a bug? Or standard behaviour? Is it stored in the registry? If so, I'll make a .reg file (with 360 values) and put it into my Startup folder to force it to 360 after each reboot.

System: Win7 Pro on fast Intel processor with tons of memory and disk space and oodles of performance.
