At the back end we use SfB 2015 on-premise. some are using SfB 2016 client and some are using Lync 2010 (pending to upgrade). For one user once she logged in Lync 2010 others can view her status correctly. The only problem is that once she logged off her computer or exit/logoff Lync her status changed to "Out of office". It really should be "Offline" because she has no Outlook OOO auto reply set and Outlook calendar isn't set as Out of office neither. Does anyone know how to fix it?
