I have a user with Exchange-Lync integration not working.
Lync is onprem and Exchange is O365. User said that the issue started after his mailbox was migrated to O365
The EWS url is not populated for the user.
Issue follows the user when logged on from my computer
UPN,SMTP andSIP address is same
The Proxyaddress field is populated with the correct sip address
To be sure , we have deleted the mailbox and created a new one also lync account has been recreated.
I found one issue, when logging in from OWA, we are getting the following message
It looks like a user is used with more than one account
Could this be related to the issue , with two accounts with same email address, creating a conflict
