Lync Phone Edition (CX3000) cannot sign in

Hi all

I have the problem that I cannot sign-in on a CX3000 phone.

If I run the Test-CsPhoneBootstrap commandlet on the Lync 2013 Server I get a Success message as a result.

If I try to login on the phone by PIN I get the message: Cannot sign in. Please verify your sign-in address, domain username, and password, and try again. Please verify that the domain entered is correct.

If I try to login on the phone with USB connected I get the message: Cannot sign in. Please verify your sign-in address, domain username, and password, and try again. Please verify that the domain entered[strange thing: here appears the username instead of the domain] is correct.

The phones firmware version is: 4.0.7577.4387

Has anyone an idea where the problem could be or what I could do to find out what the problem is?
