I am trying to install Lync client from Office 365. Some computers I am getting the error:
"We found a pre-release or Beta version of an Office product on your computer and can't install because of it.
Please Uninstall any pre-release Office software using the Program and Features items in your Control Panel and try installing again."
The machine is approximately a year old and has Office 2010.
The software is not pre-release or a Beta version.
Any ideas on how I can get around this message, without uninstalling and re-installing Office 2010?
