4 computers in our organisation are operating Lync for Mac 2011, with the update supplied at installation.
The software was installed in the past week and we are currently testing the software internall and externally.
When testing with the Macs however, we were unable to start or receive video calls more than once on any of the Macs.
The first video call is successful, but any after that give the message "Cannot complete call", followed by the window closing immediately after. We have tried different webcams than the built in options in each Mac - (Macbook Pro and Mac Pro). These
tests are all performed internally, so no network differences could be causing this. As well as this, any Windows computer/laptop performing these tests works completely fine, every time.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or is there a fix I can apply to the Macs?
