Hi,
I have a problem with the ringing volume on my speakers when receiving a call.
The situation I would like to achieve is that when I am being called both my headphones and the speakers on my laptop are ringing with 100% volume.
What's happening at the moment is that when I'm being called my headphones are ringing just fine (volume-wise), but the volume of the speakers is reduced to just under 50%, even though in the Volume Mixer - Speakers the Lync application volume was set to 100% immediateliy before the call.
In the Audio device settings in Lync I have increased the volume for the speaker and the ringer bars and I have activated my laptop speakers as secondary ringer.
In the Windows Sound Settings, I have tried all ducking options under the Communications tab. No matter which radio button I check, the speaker volume is still reduced by about 50% during the ringing, even if I ask Windows to "Do nothing".
When I play around with the volume mixer during the ringing, I can get my speakers to ring loudly once, but even within the same call attempt for the next ringing sound the volume bar jumps back to 50%.
Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks a lot for your help!
