I have an issue with employee who is re-hired, and when they login to Lync usign the full client, the get an error that their account is not correct.
They can login into OWA and use Lync as well as our Legacy CWA site.
Known
Their old account is still in Active Directory, not mail enabled or found when searching in the Lync control panel.
Their new account would have gotten the same Email & SIP addresses that the old account used to have.
I am told by the Active Diretory team that the users old account was removed from Lync before the Mailbox was removed. but that cant be verified.
Any thoughts?
